At Votéa Skin, every order is carefully prepared and packaged with intention. Due to our products being handcrafted in small batches, processing times may vary slightly.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
If there is a delay in processing your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume.
Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times are estimated by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Votéa Skin is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more (before taxes and after any discounts). Free shipping applies only to eligible orders shipped within the United States.
Domestic Shipping
At this time, Votéa Skin ships only within the United States.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Votéa Skin is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Votéa Skin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@leonavotesh.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the product(s)
We’ll review your request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
