At Votéa Skin, we take pride in crafting skincare products with care and intention. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re committed to making things right if there’s an issue with your order.
Returns
Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To begin a return, please contact us at support@leonavotesh.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur and are not considered defects.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please email support@leonavotesh.com within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once we review your request, we’ll work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund when applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective product.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
